It’s payable within 7-days or before your session - whichever is sooner.

Your App Navigation Decision Session Report™ follows within 7 business days, documenting the session and clarifying your next step or closing the loop. It isn’t a full blueprint or a commitment to build.

If you decide to proceed, we’ll be straight with you about what we’d test first, what we’d watch and what we’d change to reduce the risk. . The credit works the same way it always does: if we both agree to a next stage and you start it within four weeks, the full amount you paid comes off it. If we don’t agree to work together on it, your fee isn’t refundable.

Occasionally, yes. Our engagement ends with your App Navigation Session Decision Report™, and whether we take on a project after that is our decision. If we couldn’t put our name to a build — for ethical or legal reasons, because it would infringe someone else’s intellectual property or copyright, or because it’s set up to fail — we’ll tell you plainly and explain why. Where it makes sense, we may shape your report so it also works as a handover document for another developer. That’s an option rather than a promise, and it forms part of your report. Either way, your $2,500 (+GST) covers your session and your report. It isn’t refundable, and the credit applies only to a next stage we both agree to.

Yes, once. Your new date must be within six months of your original session date.
